LEGO 80104 Chinese New Year Lion Dance

I’M beyond excited that LEGO is releasing another Chinese style set – this one is 80105 Temple Fair, which goes along with the New Year Lion Dance also being released early in 2020. This goes along with the Dragon Boat Set was released in the United States which I have, but I’m still missing the New Year’s Dinner and the Lion Dance.

When I heard that LEGO was releasing 2 Chinese themed sets I was so EXCITED! Then I learned that they would only be available in Asia, and I was Sad. But when LEGO announced that the Dragon Boat Race would be released at LEGO stores in the USA – Rejoice! This set, with it’s 15 minifigures, 2 dragon boats, and docks with Sushi stand is one of my must have sets for 2019. Originally priced at $79, this set has so many minifigs!

LEGO 80104 Chinese New Year Lion Dance

LEGO 80104 Chinese New Year Lion Dance

I just heard hat LEGO is releasing not just one, but TWO new Chinese sets. This one is set 80104 LEGO Chinese New Year Lion Dance. The other is 80105 LEGO Chinese New Year Temple Fair. I dont know why I love these sets so much. Sure they are new, and have super cool details. Part of it might also be that the first two sets LEGO released were limited editions that only came out in Eastern Asia, Eventually the Dragon Boat Set was released in the United States, and I have that one, but I’m still missing the New Year’s Dinner.
