This is the LEGO Orc Minifigure from Series 24 of the LEGO CMF line. Set Number 71037.
I first learned about Orcs in middle school when I read the Lord of the Rings – this was WAY before the movies. I imagined them to be a green human-like creature. Later, I learned that they might come from Elves that have turned bad – but that is up for debate.
This minifig comes with a grey rough sword and a shield that has an Emblem from the Fantasy Era. Think castle themes from 2008. His hair is also a straight up ponytail.
