Officially this is a LEGO Bar 12L with 1 x 2 Plate End Solid Studs and 1 x 1 Round Plate End.  But I call it the stick for posing LEGO minifigures.  The 1×2 plate at one end is the perfect place to put the feet of a minifigure on, and the long handle is great for displaying it.

The LEGO Bar 12L with 1 x 2 Plate End Solid Studs and 1 x 1 Round Plate End is a long, thin building piece that measures 12 studs in length. One end of the bar features a solid 1 x 2 plate with two studs, while the other end has a 1 x 1 round plate.
