This is the LEGO The Muppets Waldorf Minifigure.  He comes with a teacup and a printed 2×2 tile with the zzz on it.   The baseplate and instructions are also included.

I open the packaging to verify the contents, transfer it to a new ziplock bag (unassembled), and ship it to you.

The Minifigure will be carefully packaged and sent to you via USPS first class mail with a tracking number.
