When people search for LEGO friends it can be confusing. Before LEGO did the remake of the Friends TV show sets, they had their own series of characters.
This is the Olivia From LEGO Friends minifigure / minidoll. In every set they have different outfits, and this is more of a jungle theme with sand green skirt and matching top.

When the second LEGO movie came out, I though this minifigure was the Queen What-evra-wanna-be character, but spoiler alert, this is the Sweet Mayhem Minifigure.
There are lots of cool things about this Minifigure – first is her hair, it’s flexible plastic that is this iridescent sparkly blue color that I’ve never seen before. Second are her wings – they are trans blue with sparkles in them. If you look carefully through my photos you can see that the light shines through them.
Now, be aware, this isn’t really a Minifigure – it’s a minidoll. But it is still authentic LEGO and really cool.
