Background

Emmet Brickowski is a construction worker who likes to follow the instructions – basically he just likes to fit in.  He fits in so much that not even his neighbors recognize him.  After he stumbles upon the piece of resistance in the first movie, he learns that he is indeed special, and at the end of the movie convinces others that they are too.  But at the very end of the first movie, we see the first signs of an invasion.

The second movie picks up after Bricksburg is destroyed.  Emmet is still the lead character and he takes us on a fun journey.  Where the theme of the first movie is that everyone is special, The 2nd movie is all about playing well with others.

And of course every good construction worker needs a brick seperator – do you have yours?
