This is the LEGO T-Rex Costume Fan Minifigure from Series 24 of the LEGO CMF line. Set Number 71037.

It seems like every series always has at least one figure in a costume.  This time it is a Dinosaur, specifically a T-Rex costume.  It reminds me of the inflatable T-Rex costumes you see at Halloween or on YouTube.

This is the LEGO T-Rex Costume Fan Minifigure.  He will come with everything in the bag which usually includes a baseplate and instruction book, and any additional accessories.

I open the packaging to verify the contents, transfer it to a new ziplock bag (unassembled), and ship it to you.
