Ok, I know this isn’t “officially” a minifigure, but LEGO calls it a Minifigure, and I have a bunch of these, so that means you can have them too for your collection. Its more like a little mechanic droid assembled out of the extra parts after building a large set, but in reality this is the official Star Wars Pit Droid.

There were 3 as I recall from the Phantom Menace, but according to canon, they can be found at all the big pod racing events.
