This is the glass part for the smaller LEGO window size.  This is a Trans Satin Brown color plastic piece that was found only in 3 sets at the tme of this writing - the Disney Mini Castle, The Mickey and Mini Mouse action figures (not minifigs), and the Friends Adrea's Family house.
